2011
Nibble was made by ToaLegend on April 17th, 2011 for MOC (my own creation) contest for a youtuber named Shadowgear 6335. The entry did not get much recognition and was unfortunately out of the contest before it even began. Toa, however, was not too upset about this. He was still very happy with how clever his design was and how well the video turned out. The video had gained less than 100 views in its first year.
2021
A decade later, a Youtuber by the name jschlatt made a video about bathroom behaviors. ToaLegend, thanks in part due to his college doing remote learning for COVID, was able to write one of the first comments on the video. After noticing a trend in the comments, he changed his comment to the repeated phrase "Truly disgusting that some people would do this horrible thing."
This caught the attention of jschlatt, as he looked for a source of the copy pasta. Discovering ToaLegend's comment, Schlatt made a video about ToaLegend's channel and highlighted a particular video: Nibble. ToaLegend's channel went from 32 subscribers to over 60,000 subscribers as a result. In response, ToaLegend made a video proposing a trade to jschlatt: a custom nibble for one of his gorilla lamps.
Schlatt agreed to the deal and sent him the Gorilla lamp. ToaLegend unfortunately had some obstacles in his way before he would be able to send Schlibble to Schlatt. After 2 years, he completed Schlibble. In order to get ahold of Schlatt, he made the following series of videos to get in touch with Schlatt again.
2023
Project Schlibble was always meant to be a gift, but ToaLegend worked his best to try and make it the best gift possible; learning and honing new skills along the way to give the most authentic Bionibble experience to Schlatt. Schlibble is now done and simply waiting for Schlatt to unbox him. The rest, is yet to come!
